totally recommend and would stay here again without hesitation. the place was nice and close to the nottingham airport. located easy walk to trent bridge cricket ground. the location was near to everything we wanted to do.

A good location, 15 minute walk from the city centre. Staff were polite and helpful, it was everything I required for a couple of nights in a B&B.

The bathroom is too small. There are limited tv channels.

Location was fine for the purpose we needed. Parking available right outside.
Very basic - clean but could be better ie. Light fittings dusty. It is adequate. Breakfast low quality products. A bit pricey for what I consider a very basic budget hotel. Ps: do not eat in the Italian up the road by the bridge unless you want to be in a 70's timewarp with food to match!

Very pleasant staff. Small but clean room with good bed. Excellent value for money if you are going to the cricket but only average if not.

Friendliness and efficiency of staff
We arrived at 10.30pm on a friday evening and the bar was closed for a possible quick drink.

Eastern European staff friendly enough. Location very good for water sports venue.
Could not sit on toilet without knees being hard against wall. Musty smell. Floor covering on shower room lifting and a trip hazard. Shower was impossible to maintain at level temperature. Cold or scalding were only settings. Double room was requested but the 'double' was a ziped together twin on which the zip was broken, meaning mattresses separated to leave a gap. Problem with card reader machine was given as reason only cash could be accepted in payment.... Would not use again due to worn furnishings, smelly bathroom general run down feel to building. Needs upgraded.

The relaxed, friendly, helpful atmosphere and the good value.
Car parking was a bit tricky for a largish car. Noise from the TV in the next room came through the wall. No bath.
